Collect and process lab samples and perform routine tests

Educate patients about medications, chronic care plans, and wellness practices

    Coordination & Communication:

Be the go-to link between patients and providers

Help with scheduling tests, referrals, and follow-up care

Maintain organized, well-stocked exam rooms and supply inventory

Document accurately in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system

    Compliance & Teamwork:

Follow all HIPAA, OSHA, and safety standards

Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement efforts

Support PCMH (Patient-Centered Medical Home) and Meaningful Use goals

Foster a respectful, inclusive, and team-focused clinic environment

    What You Need:

Current LPN license in the state of Georgia

Diploma from an accredited LPN program

Experience in a clinical setting preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Comfort with EHR systems and a fast-paced care setting
