    Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse

    Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

    Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status

    Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

    Educate patients and their families about health management and home care

    Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation

    Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
