About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide clinical services to all clients receiving ACT team services, which includes medication monitoring and documentation; delivering psychopharmacologic and medical services within the scope of practice of the individual’s license; service coordination, including working with the ACT team to monitor each individual’s clinical status and response to treatment; crisis evaluation and intervention; symptom evaluation and management; individual counseling and psychotherapy; substance abuse treatment; work-related services; activities of daily living services; social, interpersonal relationship, and leisure-time activity services; support services or direct assistance to ensure that clients obtain the basic necessities of daily life; and education, support, and consultation to individuals’ families and other major supports.

Compensation
