The LPN will assist the Registered Nurse with planning, coordinating, and managing the care services and act within the state and federal regulations. The LPN is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and monitoring of direct care service delivery under the direction of the Registered Nurse. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and oversee daily nursing activities to ensure high-quality care for our residents. • Collaborate with the Registered Nurse to develop and implement individualized care plans. • Monitor residents' health status and promptly report any changes to the healthcare team. • Administer medications and treatments accurately, following established protocols. • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for residents and staff, promoting open communication. • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations to maintain a safe and ethical care setting. • Mentor and guide nursing assistants, encouraging professional growth and development within the team. Qualifications: • Experience in coordinating and overseeing daily nursing activities to ensure high-quality care. • Ability to collaborate effectively with Registered Nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans. • Proven track record of monitoring residents' health status and reporting changes promptly. • Competence in administering medications and treatments accurately, following established protocols. • Skill in fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for residents and staff, promoting open communication. • Knowledge of state and federal regulations to maintain a safe and ethical care setting. • Experience in mentoring and guiding nursing assistants, encouraging professional growth and development within the team. Compensation: $30 - $33 hourly
