Responsibilities: • Assess the mental health status of patients by utilizing medical information, interviews, observation, testing, and collaborating with colleagues. • Develop personalized treatment plans outlining goals and objectives tailored to each patient's needs. • Administer customized therapy treatments incorporating a mix of traditional and alternative healing methods to support clients in achieving treatment goals. • Provide crisis intervention support when necessary. • Participate in off-site retreats, workshops, and groups as needed. • Connect patients and their families with community resources or specialists to address challenges they may be facing. • Reevaluate patient situations and offer appropriate follow-up care based on their evolving needs. • Explore potential opportunities for career advancement within the organization. Qualifications: • To apply for the position of Clinical Therapist in Seacoast, NH, US, you must hold a Masters degree or higher. • Active NH State Licensure (LCMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) is required. • Maintaining your own Psychology Today profile is essential for this role.
