    Key Responsibilities:

    - Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
    - Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to support recovery and well-being.
    - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic and coordinated care.
    - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
    - Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in therapy techniques and strategies.
    - Provide crisis intervention as needed and develop post-crisis support plans.
    - Engage in community outreach and represent the organization at professional networking events.

    Qualifications:

    - Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC).
    - Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
    - Minimum of 2 years of experience in counseling, specifically related to substance use.
    - Strong understanding of therapeutic methods and evidence-based practices for mental health and substance abuse treatment.
    - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    - Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
