• Annual Salary: $78,000+

Position Overview

The Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) will provide behavioral health services, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy in a collaborative clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare providers
• Stay current with trends and best practices in behavioral health

Qualifications

• Active Georgia license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• 3–5 years of experience in a behavioral health or mental health setting
• Strong knowledge of current mental health practices and clinical standards
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills
