Just 1 Life Services is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to join our growing, fully remote clinical team as a 1099 independent contractor. This role is ideal for licensed clinicians who want flexibility, consistent referrals, and administrative support—without the burden of running a private practice.

Position Overview

100% remote / telehealth

1099 independent contractor role

You set your own availability and schedule

Credentialing with our major insurance plans

Ongoing therapy clients and intake assessments

Scheduling & Availability

Clinicians set their open availability for scheduling

Availability is shared with our front desk team

Front desk schedules new and ongoing appointments based on your availability

You may also create recurring weekly appointments for your established counseling clients

Flexibility to adjust availability as needed with advance notice

Responsibilities

Provide individual counseling sessions via telehealth

Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans

Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation

Comply with ethical, legal, and insurance documentation standards

Coordinate scheduling preferences with the front desk as needed

Requirements

Active, unrestricted Arizona license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)

Eligible and willing to be credentialed with major insurance plans

Telehealth experience preferred

Strong documentation and time-management skills

Reliable internet, private workspace, and computer
