Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. We are a private practice looking for a qualified Licensed Professional Counselor.

Responsibilities

Perform intake assessments

Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children

Create individualized treatment plans for each client

Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan

Perform regular wellness checks

Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred (New graduates welcome!)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional boundaries

Active Illinois licensure: LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT
