    We are seeking a licensed Professional Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will lead the design, analysis, and inspection of civil/structural projects, ensuring compliance with codes and client standards. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from inception to completion and mentor junior staff.

    Responsibilities:

    Lead design and analysis for structural/civil engineering projects

    Prepare, review, and seal engineering drawings, plans, and specifications

    Conduct site inspections, structural assessments, and forensic investigations

    Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders

    Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations (IBC, ASCE, ACI, etc.)

    Supervise and review work from junior engineers and drafters

    Manage multiple projects, schedules, and budgets

    Write technical reports, letters, and permit submittals

    Stay current on industry best practices and technologies

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)

    Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in State of Florida

    5+ years of relevant engineering experience

    Proficiency with structural analysis software (RISA, STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000, etc.)

    Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or other drafting platforms

    Strong knowledge of applicable codes and standards (IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, ACI)

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines

    Preferred:

    Experience with concrete restoration, post-tension systems, or façade inspections

    OSHA 10/30, Threshold Inspector Certification, or other relevant credentials

    Knowledge of local permitting and code enforcement procedures

    Previous experience in consulting or forensic engineering
