Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound leads (250+ per month), building strong relationships with prospects and clients, and providing top-tier service and coverage solutions that meet their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and convert a steady stream of 250+ qualified leads per month
Build rapport quickly with prospects to establish trust and uncover insurance needs
Educate clients on various property and casualty insurance products
Recommend appropriate coverage and close sales
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details in CRM
Ensure compliance with industry and company standards
Provide ongoing customer service and policy reviews
Qualifications:
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
2+ years of sales or customer service experience in the insurance industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a high lead volume
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM and quoting tools
Goal-oriented and driven by performance-based compensation
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary + generous commission structure
Salary plus bonuses equaling $50,000 to $120,000+ annually
