At Balanced Awakening, we do things differently. We are a boutique, psychologist-led psychotherapy practice with a heart-centered, growth-oriented culture where clinicians are supported in doing deep, meaningful work — without burnout. We are entering an exciting phase of expansion and are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) who is passionate about meaningful clinical work, values alignment, sustainability, and depth in their clinical work, and desires a well-supported, abundant practice environment. We are especially excited to connect with licensed psychologists who are well-established in their clinical work and are seeking a more supported, values-aligned environment for the next phase of their practice. This role is particularly well-suited for psychologists who value autonomy, strong infrastructure, and long-term sustainability in their practice. WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT THIS ROLE A Purposeful, Sustainable Caseload Enjoy a consistent and fulfilling caseload of 25+ psychotherapy clients per week, supported by a highly organized administrative team, so you can focus fully on clinical work rather than operational logistics. Abundance Is Our Mindset As part of onboarding, you’ll receive a Mindvalley Membership and complete the Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapy for Abundance Quest, supporting both personal and professional expansion from the start. Specialty-Focused, Depth-Oriented Practice Clinicians are supported in developing depth in their work, particularly in somatic therapy, trauma recovery, maternal mental health, and relational/couples therapy, while continuing to refine their own areas of expertise. We are also interested in connecting with clinicians who have experience supporting clients navigating substance use and recovery, as this is an area of growing need within the practice. Couples & Relational Therapy Focus We are especially interested in psychologists who are drawn to couples and relational work. Balanced Awakening is actively growing this area of the practice, with opportunities to train in Imago Relationship Therapy as part of our structured training pathway, as part of our next training cycle beginning this fall. This role is well-suited for clinicians who want to build or deepen a specialization in couples therapy within a strong, supportive clinical structure. A Supportive, Values-Aligned Culture Be part of a connected, collaborative team that values joy, authenticity, clinical excellence, and aligned growth. Thought Leadership & Voice (Optional) Psychologists who are interested in contributing beyond the therapy room may engage in writing, media, and educational content.
