We're currently seeking a Licensed Psychologist who is passionate about deep therapeutic work, wants to maintain an ideal caseload of 25+ clients per week, and is excited to take part in a thriving, mission-driven team. What You'll Love About This Role: • Purposeful Caseload – Enjoy a consistent and fulfilling weekly schedule of 25+ psychotherapy clients, with support to build the caseload you want • Opportunities to Lead – If you are interested, there are opportunities to provide individual and group supervision to doctoral practicum students and postdoctoral fellows • Abundance is Our Mindset – During your first week, you’ll receive a Mindvalley Membership and complete the Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapy for Abundance Quest as part of your onboarding • Specialty-Focused Practice – Align your work with our specialty areas such as somatic therapy, trauma recovery, maternal mental health, relationship therapy, and more • Couples Work Optional – If you're drawn to couples therapy, we’ll support your training in Imago Relationship Therapy —no prior experience needed, just your interest • A Supportive Culture – Be part of a connected, creative, and collaborative team that values joy, authenticity, and aligned growth • Opportunity to creatively contribute to the practice by writing blog posts and creating videos for social media—sharing your voice, expertise, and passion with a wider audience Responsibilities: • Collaborate with our warm and organized admin team to build and maintain a full-time caseload of 25+ weekly psychotherapy clients • Deliver high-quality, client-centered therapy that aligns with your clinical strengths and passions • Engage in specialty-aligned work , such as somatic therapy, trauma recovery, Imago Relationship Therapy, maternal mental health, and more • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and practice development events that nourish both clinical skill and community connection • Maintain timely and professional documentation in accordance with best practices and ethical standards • Take part in abundance-focused onboarding , including completing the RTT for Abundance Quest via Mindvalley • Contribute to our practice culture of joy, abundance, and authenticity , and stay connected to the aspects of therapy that bring you the most meaning and fulfillment • If of interest, provide individual and group supervision to doctoral practicum students and postdoctoral fellows, fostering growth in the next generation of therapists Qualifications: • Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Illinois (Psy.D. or Ph.D.) — or license eligible and actively pursuing licensure • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred (postdoc experience can count), and previous private practice experience is even better • Interest in or openness to somatic therapy approaches ; training or experience is a plus, but not required • Eager to build and sustain a caseload of 25+ psychotherapy clients per week with the support of our admin team • Strong clinical judgment, professional boundaries, and commitment to ethical practice • A growth-oriented mindset and a passion for personal development—bonus points if you’re excited about Mindvalley, RTT, or similar frameworks • Alignment with our practice values: abundance, authenticity, connection, and conscious leadership • Willingness to engage in occasional team meetings, case consultation, and practice development activities that support our collaborative culture Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000 yearly
