Position Overview
Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Licensed Psychologist (Bilingual Spanish) to join a dynamic multi-specialty practice in the Bronx. This role offers a hybrid schedule with minimal on-site requirements, providing flexibility while serving a diverse patient population.
Qualifications
- Education: Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Active New York State Psychologist license (required).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical experience post-licensure.
- Language: Must be fluent in Spanish.
- Work Schedule: Full-time position (Required to be on-site 1-2 days/month)

Key Responsibilities
- Use psychotherapy to improve the quality of life for individuals, groups, and families.
- Test and assess patients for indications of mental health disorders.
- Develop treatment plans and strategies to help patients.
- Support patients who have experienced traumatic life events.
- Provide ongoing care and evaluation to patients with long-term difficulties.
- Refer patients to other specialists or doctors as needed.
- Help patients set realistic goals and monitor their progress.
- Keep up to date with, and potentially participate in, new research in psychology.
