What You’ll Find Here: • A workplace built on respect, transparency, and diversity • A collaborative culture that encourages your input and supports your growth • Flexible scheduling options, including some evening or weekend hours as needed • A team that values your expertise and contributions Benefits: • Paid Time Off (including floating holidays) and a Healthcare Subsidy • Technology stipend • Free supervision and consultation • Training support • Bonus structure • Continuing education assistance Responsibilities: • Deliver individual, family, or couples therapy tailored to clients' clinical needs • Apply evidence-based interventions to support effective treatment outcomes • Create and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals and best practices • Provide case management services when needed while coordinating referrals to other resources • Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to ensure seamless continuity of care • Address client emergencies promptly and appropriately by adhering to established safety protocols and consulting with clinical supervisors as needed • Assist with referrals to different levels of care when necessary • Complete all required client documentation and training records within 48 hours of each session to ensure compliance and up-to-date records • Serve as a mentor to staff members, contributing to their professional growth and development • Participate in structured mentorship initiatives for pre-licensed associates, offering guidance and clinical insight • Assist in the supervision of and program development for pre-licensed clinical staff (if interested or as needed) Qualifications: • An active Pennsylvania license is required: Licensed Psychologist • Minimum of two years of post-license experience providing direct client services is preferred • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including the transgender community (training available if needed) • Ability to coach and support fellow clinicians in a collaborative and constructive manner • Proficiency in implementing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches is required • Openness to expanding clinical skills through ongoing training and consultation • Ability to perform some administrative duties remotely (up to one day per week) with access to a private, secure workspace and reliable Wi-Fi. Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000
