    Licensed Psychologist – Flexible, Assessment-Focused Role (San Diego) Center for Thoughtful Lasting Change, Inc. (CTLC), a trusted provider of psychological and developmental services in San Diego since 2008, is seeking a California-licensed psychologist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for psychologists who enjoy meaningful assessment work without the demands of therapy caseloads or overwhelming client loads. If you’re looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in clients' lives while working in a supportive and professional setting, we’d love to hear from you! • Assessment-Only – no therapy, case management, or crisis work • Low client volume – full-time is just 4 clients per week • Remote flexibility – write reports from anywhere • Flexible hours – create a schedule that works for you • Autonomy + support – enjoy professional freedom with a responsive admin team Responsibilities: • Conduct psychological and developmental evaluations • Meet with clients in office only for testing (approx. 2-3 hrs/client) • Write reports remotely on your own schedule • Choose to see as few as 2 clients per week , or build up to full-time (4 clients/week) Qualifications: • A Doctoral degree in Psychology • Active California State license as a clinical psychologist • Certification in BLS for Healthcare Providers or CPR (or willing to obtain). • Have strong report-writing skills and value thorough, person-centered evaluations • Want a sustainable role that respects your time and professional boundaries Essential Skills: • Proficient knowledge of various psychological assessment tools and understanding of developmental and neuro-developmental disorders • Demonstrated ability to connect with clients, offering empathetic and effective care • Exceptional interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships • Strong communication skills, capable of crafting detailed psychological reports and conveying findings to clients and their support systems • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, meeting goals, and maintaining high standards in a clinical setting • Versatile multitasking abilities, with a focus on reliability and attention to detail • Professional and supportive interaction skills with diverse populations Compensation: $130,000 - $170,000 per year
