    MAPP Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and developmentally informed psychologist to join our integrated pediatric care team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and families within a primary care setting. This position can be full-time or part-time. Our offices are located in both Germantown and North Bethesda, MD. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary with additional earning potential through a productivity-based revenue share model. Responsibilities: Our psychologists work closely with pediatricians and medical staff to deliver accessible, evidence-based care that supports children’s emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs. Responsibilities • Conduct psychological and psychoeducational evaluations for children and adolescents • Provide short- to medium-term psychotherapy for concerns such as: Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Executive functioning challenges, and Adjustment difficulties • Deliver brief behavioral health consultations and parent coaching • Collaborate regularly with pediatricians and medical providers to coordinate care • Develop clear, practical treatment recommendations for families and referring providers • Maintain timely documentation in an electronic health record • Participate in team meetings and case consultations Qualifications: • Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical, School, or Counseling Psychology • Licensed or license-eligible in Maryland • 1–3 years of supervised professional experience working with children and adolescents • Training in evidence-based treatments for youth • Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills • Experience with psychological testing preferred • Availability for evenings or weekends Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly
