    Responsibilities:

    Provide comprehensive psychological assessments, evaluations, and diagnostic services to clients

    Score, interpret, and write clear, client-friendly assessment reports

    Deliver evidence-based individual and/or family/group therapy across a range of mental health conditions

    Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs and goals

    Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards

    Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, whole-person care

    Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development

    Maintain ethical standards in accordance with APA guidelines and state licensing requirements

    Requirements:

    Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited program

    Active, unrestricted New York State license as a Psychologist

    Experience providing psychological testing, assessment, and evidence-based therapy

    Experience with psychological testing interpretation and report writing

    Proficiency in treating a diverse range of mental health diagnoses and populations

    Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with EHR systems

    Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills

    Commitment to culturally competent, trauma-informed, and client-centered care
