    We are a collaborative and supportive clinic seeking licensed psychologists who share our commitment to compassionate, individualized care and who enjoy working with neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan. Position Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting psychological and/or neuropsychological assessments, providing therapy, and working with children, adolescents, or adults with neurodevelopmental conditions. This role is flexible and can be tailored toward assessment, therapy, or a combination of both, depending on your interests and strengths. Responsibilities: Assessment (if applicable): • Conduct comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for individuals ages 3 through adulthood. • Utilize a range of assessment tools, including: ADOS-2, NEPSY-II, D-KEFS, WAIS-4, WISC-5. • Prepare psychological and neuropsychological reports and provide clear, compassionate feedback to clients and families. • Collaborate with schools, medical professionals, and other providers as needed. Therapy (if applicable): • Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, or adults with concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, and executive functioning. • Deliver evidence-based and neurodiversity-affirming interventions such as CBT, ACT, parent coaching, or social skills training. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in collaborative case planning. Qualifications: • PhD or PsyD in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology. • Licensed (or license-eligible) as a Psychologist in the state of Utah. • Experience in assessment and/or therapy with neurodivergent populations. • Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Compensation: $85,000 - $115,000 yearly
