PAY STRUCTURE: • Up to $98,000 - Maximum pay is based on 30 clients a week over a 50-week period. • End of year Discretionary Bonuses! EXPECTED HOURS : • 5 – 30 clients per week. There is no required number of clients to be seen each week. Responsibilities: • Provides mental health and/or substance use counseling services according to APA ethical standards and in accordance with policies and procedures • Reviews and responds to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner (within 24-hours or next available business day) • Maintains ongoing chart audits to ensure compliance and quality assurance of services provided • Demonstrates proficiency in utilizing community resources as supportive services • Serves as a liaison for the client, family, referral source, and other social service agencies • Ability to report to work as scheduled, in a timely fashion, and with an attitude oriented toward service • Commitment to working with clients from diverse cultural, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds • Must successfully complete all criminal background checks annually Qualifications: • Graduation from an APA-accredited college or university with a minimum of a Doctorate degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology • Candidates must carry current and valid Individual Professional Liability Insurance Coverage • Must possess an unencumbered license to practice in the State of Florida • Must be willing to be credentialed with insurance companies • Must sign a non-compete, non-solicitation agreement Compensation: $84,000 - $98,000 yearly
