    Job Summary

    We are seeking a dedicated Psychologist specializing in children and adolescents. In this role, you will conduct assessments, provide therapy, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to deliver personalized care. You’ll have the autonomy to shape treatment plans while benefiting from the resources of a supportive practice.

    Responsibilities

    Conduct psychological assessments and provide accurate diagnoses.

    Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client.

    Deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, family therapy, psychoeducation, etc.).

    Provide crisis intervention and emotional support when needed.

    Collaborate with colleagues in case conferences and team meetings.

    Maintain thorough documentation of patient progress.

    Refer clients to additional services when appropriate.

    Qualifications

    Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology.

    Licensed Psychologist in Connecticut (or eligible for licensure).

    Experience working with children and adolescents.

    Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

    Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
