A lot of practices claim to be clinician-first. Three thriving locations with a fourth coming soon say we mean it.
We're seeking licensed Psychologists (PhD, PsyD, or EdD) to join our new Bedford office. Our locally owned and operated practice currently operates three other thriving Boston-area locations and continues to grow to meet demand for high-quality, compassionate care.
This is an opportunity to work in a supportive, clinician-first environment that prioritizes flexibility, collaboration, and professional growth.
What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out
- Strong reimbursement model: W2 reimbursement paid ahead of collections.
- Expedited onboarding: Streamlined credentialing allows you to start seeing patients quickly.
- Comprehensive benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance; PTO; and a retirement plan with company contributions.
- Flexible scheduling: Build a schedule that works for you, including options for in-office or hybrid (in-person + telehealth) care.
- Professional development: Access in-house continuing education and opportunities for paid supervisory roles.
- Focus on clinical work: Low administrative burden so you can focus on clinical work, not documentation — plus an excellent EHR, strong administrative and IT support, and a motivated patient population (patients who are actively seeking care and engaged in treatment).
- Collaborative culture: A truly multi-disciplinary team — regular case consultation, peer support, and a culture of learning.
- Clinician-led environment: As a locally owned practice, decisions are made with clinicians in mind — not by a distant corporate office.
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, or EdD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience
- Experience with evidence-based treatments required; specializations welcome (children, trauma, and others)
- Independent licensure in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)
- Demonstrated commitment to professional growth
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team
- Solid computer and basic technology skills
