    Title: Psychologist

    Location: Port Jefferson Station and Riverhead, NY

    Salary + Benefits: $125,000 to $130,000 annually, with generous healthcare (United Healthcare Oxford Premium Plan), 403(b) with match, malpractice coverage, 4 weeks PTO, generous sick/personal days, CME stipend ($2,000 + 2 days off), and eligibility for student loan forgiveness up to $50,000 through FQHC programs

    Responsibilities of Psychologist

    • Conduct psychological testing for OPWDD eligibility, ADHD, and other standardized assessments

    • Provide psychosocial intakes for patients (typically 4 per week, 1 hour each)

    • Conduct follow-up therapy sessions (30-minute sessions)

    • Work within an integrated care model, collaborating with medical providers for comprehensive patient care

    • Support school-age children, immigrant populations, and some adult patients

    • Work exclusively onsite, with no group therapy responsibilities

    • Receive supervision and training, particularly if seeking licensure

    • Maintain high-quality documentation and adherence to Article 28 regulations

    Requirements of Psychologist

    • Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology

    • License eligible; licensure not required initially, supervision provided for licensure candidates

    • Commitment to onsite clinical work and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

    • Strong skills in psychological testing and assessment

    • Ability to work with diverse populations, including children, immigrants, and individuals with developmental disabilities

    • Flexibility to work Monday–Friday 9 am–5 pm for the first 3–6 months, then transition to four 10-hour days
