This is an opening for licensed real estate professionals to join our Winston-Salem office as a full-time or part-time agent assistant. These roles are designed to support top-producing sales associates (s) with daily operations, transaction coordination, and client communication. Applicants should complete the shift preference screening question, noting if they are applying for a full-time or part-time opportunity. Part-time positions will require approximately 20 hours per week. The Agent Assistants are in-office positions and require a Real Estate license. Equal Opportunity Employer. Responsibilities: • Prepare and review real estate contracts and documents (Buyer Agency, Listing Agreements, Offers to Purchase) • Coordinate transaction timelines, schedule appointments, and attend appointments or showings as needed • Communicate with attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and cooperating agents • Review and organize disclosures and closing documents • Measure properties and calculate square footage • Coordinate with ancillary services (mortgage, title, and warranty) • Manage calendar, database, and marketing initiatives • Maintain and organize transaction files and documentation • Prepare monthly reports and agent billing Qualifications: • Active North Carolina Real Estate License (required) • Strong understanding of real estate contracts and transaction workflow • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Familiarity with design tools (Photoshop or Canva preferred) • Reliable transportation, valid NC Driver’s License, and proof of insurance • Ability to lift 25+ lbs and occasionally work evenings or weekends as needed • High level of attention to detail and accuracy • Customer service mindset with a proactive, team-first attitude Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience in administrative, marketing, or real estate roles • Familiarity with MLS platforms, DocuSign, ZipForm, and CRM tools • Experience with social media and digital marketing Compensation: $17 - $19 hourly
