What We’re Looking For • Active Maryland Real Estate License (required) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset • Willingness to follow proven systems and processes Responsibilities: • Meet with qualified buyers and sellers from company-provided appointments (no cold calling required). • Guide clients through the home buying and selling process with professionalism, expertise, and care. • Use proven scripts, training, and systems to convert appointments into signed client agreements. • Negotiate offers and contracts to secure the best outcomes for your clients. • Maintain clear and consistent communication to ensure a smooth, stress-free transaction experience. • Partner with our administrative, marketing, and transaction teams to keep deals organized and on track. • Follow up with leads quickly to maximize conversion rates and build long-term relationships. • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings to sharpen skills and stay ahead in the market. Qualifications: Qualifications • Active Maryland Real Estate License (required) • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude • Goal-oriented, coachable, and driven to achieve top-level results • Comfortable using real estate technology, CRM systems, and online tools to manage clients and transactions • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Compensation • Commission-based role with $100,000–$300,000+ earning potential for full-time agents who follow our proven system • Unlimited income opportunity with no cap on earnings • Performance-based model with strong upside for motivated agents • Compensation: $150,000 +
