What you're responsible for: NAR and local Realtor association dues, continuing education, and annual license renewal. We list it upfront because we'd rather you know now.

Requirements:

Active Pennsylvania real estate license (or in process)

Self-motivated; this is a 1099 independent contractor role

Pittsburgh metro area preferred
