Responsibilities: • Develop the client base by identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities to expand clientele. • Manage leads effectively by hunting for, organizing, and qualifying inbound sales inquiries, converting them into appointments promptly with excellent customer responses. • Maintain an organized database of current and potential clients, ensuring all lead information is up to date. • Engage with prospects through various communication methods, such as email and phone calls, to nurture them in the sales pipeline and generate qualified luxury real estate leads. • Deliver monthly and quarterly sales reports to demonstrate progress towards company objectives for the team. Qualifications: • Candidates must hold or be actively working toward obtaining a real estate license. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are a must for successful client engagement. • Possession of a valid driver's license is required. Compensation: $126,300 - $235,000 yearly
