Responsibilities: What You'll Do: • Provide administrative support to our real estate agents, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. • Manage day-to-day office activities, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining office supplies. • Assist in managing client communications, scheduling appointments, and coordinating property showings and open house marketing. • Showing opportunities. • Create flyers and brochures for listings and create marketing campaigns. • Organize client events. • Prepare and organize real estate documents, contracts, and reports. • Maintain and update client database and CRM systems. • Support marketing efforts, including social media management and creating promotional materials. • Oversee office procedures and ensure compliance with company policies. Qualifications: Who We're Looking For: • A licensed real estate professional with a strong understanding of the industry. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software. • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. • At least 2 years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role is a plus. Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
