Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Manage and follow up with leads via phone, text, and email to convert opportunities into appointments. • Coordinate showing schedules, attend showings, host open houses, and assist buyers and sellers throughout the process. • Maintain consistent communication with clients, vendors, and team members. • Support listing preparation — attend photography appointments, prep materials. • Handle administrative tasks, including CRM updates and document prep. • Keep the team leader organized, informed, and supported at all times. • Database follow-up to generate repeat and referral business. Qualifications: • Active Illinois Residential Broker License (required). • Minimum 1 year of real estate or sales experience. • Excellent phone presence and communication skills — (will be making outbound calls daily). • Strong organizational and follow-up skills. • Tech-savvy (MLS, CRM systems, Google Suite, Microsoft Office). • Self-motivated, coachable, and team-oriented. • Flexible schedule — available to work some evenings and weekends. • Prior experience in real estate, sales, or hospitality is a plus. Compensation: $50,000 – $53,000 yearly + bonus DOE
