    The Bagga Team at Royal LePage Magna is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Real Estate Assistant to provide essential support to our top-producing agents and ensure exceptional client service throughout the transaction process. In this role, you will: • Support agents with day-to-day real estate operations, including client communication, transaction coordination, and administrative tasks. • Draft, review, and manage contracts, addenda, and compliance documentation. • Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs), listing presentations, marketing packages, and property materials. • Coordinate and schedule showings, inspections, appraisals, and open houses. • Collaborate with clients, lenders, lawyers, inspectors, and cooperating agents to ensure a smooth experience from contract to closing. • Use CRM systems (Follow Up Boss preferred), MLS, and Google Workspace to manage leads, tasks, and transaction records. • Step in with direct client support when needed, representing The Bagga Team with professionalism, care, and a client-first mindset. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage all real estate transaction documents from contract to closing • Schedule showings, inspections, appraisals, and meetings for the agent(s) • Liaise with clients, lawyers, mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and other professionals • Draft and manage contracts, amendments, and forms in compliance with AREA & EREB standards • Prepare and organize CMA reports, listing packages, and buyer presentations • Monitor and maintain CRM (Follow Up Boss) with accurate data entry and follow-up tracking • Ensure all files are complete, compliant, and submitted to brokerage administration on time • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring consistent communication and timely updates • Support with listing management: uploading to MLS, scheduling photography, signage, lockboxes, and marketing materials • Coordinate open houses and show feedback reports • Contribute to daily team meetings, agent accountability, and client success tracking Qualifications: • Must be a Licensed Real Estate Associate in Alberta (RECA compliant) • Member of the Edmonton Real Estate Board (EREB) and AREADirect experience in real estate administration or as a licensed assistant • Deep understanding of Alberta real estate contracts, conveyancing, and compliance protocols • Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced team environment • Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in real estate technology: Follow Up Boss, WebForms, ShowingTime , Google Suite, Canva, DocuSign, etc • Flexible availability, some evening and weekend support may be required • Positive, can-do attitude and a passion for client service Compensation: $40,000 - $100,000
