    This position serves as the Direct Assistant to the Team Leader, a top-producing luxury agent and television host. The Licensed Realtor Assistant will take ownership of the behind-the-scenes execution that keeps transactions, listings, media, and client experiences running seamlessly. You will coordinate real estate showings, prepare marketing materials, support open houses, and also assist with scheduling and arranging filming locations for television appearances. This role ensures the Team Leader remains fully focused on client-facing activities. Responsibilities: • Manage calendars, scheduling, and client communications • Coordinate property showings, inspections, and open houses • Prepare and update marketing materials for listings (content recording for social posts/YouTube, MLS entries) • Assist with transaction deadlines and communication (with Transaction Coordinator support) • Organize and maintain client and lead databases (CRM updates) • Provide on-site support at listings, open houses, and events as needed • Open house coverage (On-site or scheduling coverage for the team leader with verified agents) • Liaise with vendors, photographers, stagers, and inspectors • Ensure all tasks are completed with attention to detail and on time Qualifications: • An active Arizona Real Estate License is required • Prior experience in real estate, admin, or executive assistant roles strongly preferred • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Tech-savvy (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Canva, social media platforms) • Professional communication skills (written & verbal) • High level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to client service • Must thrive in a fast-paced, luxury market environment • Available weekends Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
