  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Real Estate Assistant who is REQUIRED to hold an active California real estate license and have a minimum of three (3+) years of residential real estate experience to support a busy real estate professional/team the Calabasas area. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage transactions, anticipate needs, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment. This is not an entry-level role. An active California real estate license and at least three years of real estate experience are REQUIRED. Responsibilities: • Provide administrative, transactional, and operational support to a licensed real estate agent/team • Manage calendars, schedule showings, inspections, open houses, and appointments • Coordinate listings and buyer transactions from contract to close • Prepare, review, and manage contracts, disclosures, addenda, and transaction files • Input and manage listings in the MLS (CLAW) • Communicate professionally with clients, agents, escrow, lenders, inspectors, photographers, stagers, and vendors • Track deadlines and ensure compliance with California real estate regulations • Maintain CRM/database and manage follow-ups • Assist with listing launches, marketing coordination, and basic social media support Qualifications: • Active California Real Estate License (REQUIRED — no exceptions)Minimum of three (3+) years of residential real estate experience (REQUIRED) • Strong knowledge of California real estate contracts and transaction flow • Proficiency with MLS (CLAW), DocuSign, and transaction management systems • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently • Professional, client-facing demeanor Compensation: $100,000+
