We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities: • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Meet with warm buyer leads and build lasting client relationships • Schedule and conduct showings, open houses, and buyer consultations • Advise clients on local market trends and homebuying strategies • Guide buyers through financing options and the offer process • Negotiate purchase agreements to help clients win deals • Deliver a 5-star experience from first contact to closing • Maintain CRM follow-ups and work a flexible schedule, including some evenings/weekends Qualifications: • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • 1+ year of experience as a real estate or buyer’s agent preferred • Active South Carolina Real Estate License • Knowledge of the local Charleston real estate market • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to manage and convert leads • Highly motivated, organized, and committed to client service Compensation: $100,000+ at plan yearly
