    We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities: • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Coordinate and lead property showings, host engaging open houses, and conduct thorough buyer consultations. • Serve as the primary point of contact between buyers and sellers (or listing agents) to ensure smooth, on-track transactions. • Support clients throughout the entire home-buying process—from budgeting and financing options to navigating the mortgage journey. • Follow up consistently with pre-qualified and warm leads, identify their goals, and connect them with ideal properties. • Prepare, review, and manage all critical transaction documents, including buyer agency agreements, purchase contracts, closing disclosures, deeds, and lease agreements. • Provide knowledgeable guidance on local market trends, conditions, and strategic purchasing decisions. • Assist buyers in crafting and submitting competitive, compelling offers. • Negotiate contracts skillfully to secure favorable terms and successful closings. • Deliver a seamless, five-star client experience from the initial consultation through closing. • Maintain accurate CRM records, ensure timely follow-up, and stay flexible with scheduling, including evenings and weekends when needed. • Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication and personalized, attentive service. Qualifications: • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Be highly organized, self-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional service. • Be available to work 40–50 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed. Compensation: $100,000+ at plan yearly
