Licensed Real Estate Inside Sales Agent - Hybrid
We’re looking for a driven and focused Inside Sales Agent to join a high-performing real estate team. Responsibilities: • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads • Follow the team plan • Set listing and buyer appointments • Execute appointments • Close sales • Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent • Team player • CRM and database mastery • Scripts mastery Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within the office area Compensation: $80,000 - $155,000 at plan commissions
