    We’re seeking a licensed real estate agent to join our dynamic team as a Leasing Agent for a growing residential community. This is ideal for agents who are looking to grow their real estate business while benefiting from a stable source of leads and income. You’ll represent our team and community with professionalism, warmth, and confidence, building relationships, guiding renters, and helping people find their next home. Compensation & Structure: • $500 paid per executed lease$100 bonus per lease in any month with 10+ leasesUpside potential for the first 3 months for new agents • The agent is responsible for the cap after the first 3 months (hung under our team) • Immediate openings available Responsibilities: • Must be available to conduct tours on 2–3 weeknights per week • Must be available for 3 to 4 hours on one weekend day • Specific schedule will be coordinated with the on-site leasing manager • Work on-site at the community’s leasing office • Schedule, confirm, and conduct property tours • Answer inquiries and guide prospective tenants through the leasing process • Log calls and follow-ups in KNOCK CRM • Maintain an 85%+ engagement score in KNOCK • Attend community events, grand openings, and promotional activations • Call through and pre-qualify VIP registrants and lead lists • Refer seller and buyer prospects to our residential sales team • Stay informed about floor plans, availability, amenities, and community highlights This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to expand their current real estate business—or get started in the industry with a built-in system for success.
