Responsibilities: • Represent sellers in residential listing transactions • Manage pricing strategy, marketing coordination, and negotiations • Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate documentation Qualifications: Requirements • Applicants must hold an active Michigan real estate license in good standing at the time of application. This role is not open to unlicensed or entry-level candidates. • Demonstrated residential listing experience preferred • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to manage listing transactions independently Compensation: $250,000 at plan commission
