Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of the listing process from pre-list to close • Complete listing paperwork, input listings into MLS, and launch marketing campaigns • Follow up with leads and set in-home listing appointments • Communicate with sellers regularly, providing weekly updates and strategic guidance • Negotiate offers and counteroffers to ensure the best outcome for your clients • Send weekly reports and feedback to sellers to maintain trust and engagement Qualifications: • Active North Carolina Real Estate License • Proven experience in listing homes and negotiating contracts • Strong communication and persuasion skills—especially over the phone • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and trends • Ability to manage multiple listings and client relationships at once • Proficient with CRM and listing management systems • Self-starter mindset with a strong desire to grow and win Compensation: $175,000+ At-Plan Commission
