We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Licensed Real Estate Operations Manager to join The Gore Group, led by Trish Gore (REALTOR® and CEO). In this dynamic role, you’ll support our real estate team by managing day-to-day operations, handling client support, coordinating open houses and property tours, and assisting with both marketing and American Dream TV appearances. You’ll also manage administrative tasks like CRM updates, event planning, and lockbox coordination. Responsibilities: • Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough • Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met • Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching • Assist in organizing the American Dream TV Show appearances • Capture video content of neighborhoods/communities for client previews • Management of CRM, Lockbox Placement & Removal • Meet with inspectors and vendors on behalf of The Gore Group Qualifications: • Must hold an active Real Estate License • Previous real estate experience is a plus • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable interacting with clients and vendors • Tech-savvy; experience with CRM systems preferred • Willingness to learn and be trained on the job Compensation: $39,500 yearly
