Schedule & Work Environment • Full-time position • Flexible schedule • In-person required on Wednesdays and Thursdays • Remaining days may offer some flexibility depending on workload and market needs What Success Looks Like • Listings move from signed to live to closed smoothly and on time • Calendars are accurate and stress-free • Clients feel deeply cared for and consistently followed up with • The database is clean and reliable • Agents feel supported, calm, and focused on production What This Role Is Not • Not a solo agent role • Not a full-time marketing or design position • Not a fit for someone who needs constant direction • Not ideal for someone who dislikes details, repetition, or execution Benefits • Flexible schedule • Bonus potential • Work in a relationship-driven, high-trust team environment Responsibilities: Listing Preparation & Coordination (Major Focus) • Own listing onboarding from the first meeting through active listing and under contract • Manage extensive listing checklists (100+ steps across the lifecycle) • Schedule and coordinate photographers, stagers, vendors, sellers, and timelines • Track deadlines and dependencies to ensure nothing is missed • Serve as the central hub for all listing-related logistics Calendar, Scheduling & Team Support • Maintain accurate, conflict-free agent calendars • Coordinate listing prep activities, appointments, and deadlines • Provide operational support to both agents on the team • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling issues Client Experience & Relationship Management • Execute house anniversary campaigns and client appreciation efforts • Handwrite high volumes of thank-you notes and personal cards • Manage gifts for life events with excellent judgment • Order and coordinate mailers, labels, and physical outreach • Organize and promote client events • Ensure clients feel genuinely cared for at every stage Database & Organizational Excellence • Maintain a clean, accurate, and well-organized CRM • Manage tags, notes, lists, and follow-up workflows • Support marketing and client experience efforts through data integrity Licensed Support & Field Coverage (Once Licensed) • Show homes and provide coverage as needed • Occasionally host open houses (especially during the Spring market) • Assist with licensed transaction-related tasks • Schedule and meet with contractors Light Marketing Execution • Draft listing descriptions using the provided frameworks • Assist with blog posts, flyers, and simple marketing assets • Create clean, on-brand materials (design-aware, not design-from-scratch) • Coordinate with external graphic designers when needed Qualifications: Who This Role Is Perfect For You may be a strong fit if you: • Are licensed or willing to obtain a real estate license • Enjoy being deeply involved in real estate without running your own book of business • Love systems, structure, and long checklists • Take pride in making things run smoothly behind the scenes • Notice details others miss—and fix them before they become problems • Are calm under pressure and adaptable when priorities shift • Enjoy autonomy, ownership, and being trusted with responsibility • Care deeply about client experience and relationship management Non-Negotiables • Licensed or actively willing to obtain a real estate license • Exceptional organizational skills and love of checklists • Strong written communication skills • Excellent judgment and ability to work independently • Comfort juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Keen eye for basic marketing and brand presentation Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 yearly
