What You'll Do: • Meet with pre-qualified buyers and sellers — appointments set for you • Show homes and conduct listing appointments • Negotiate contracts and help clients win competitive offers • Use our CRM to manage your pipeline, leads, and follow-ups • Provide white-glove service from first contact to close • Collaborate daily with our Inside Sales Agents, Transaction Coordinators, and Marketing Team Responsibilities: • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on • Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met • Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process • Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions • Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business • Lead generate • Schedule appointments and meet new clients on a daily basis • Show homes • Negotiate contracts • Provide white-glove service Qualifications: • You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken • Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Decisive and proactive in the sales process • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong negotiating skills • Hold an active SC Real Estate License (or obtain it before joining the team) PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN ACTIVE SC REAL ESTATE LICENSE!
