I sell 80–100 homes a year without buying leads. This role exists to help scale that while giving the right person a real opportunity. Responsibilities: You’ll be working side by side with me, supporting both buyers and sellers from prospecting all the way to closing. • Prospect daily (circle dialing, FSBOs, expireds, follow-up) • Set listing appointments for the lead agent • Assist with buyer and seller transactions from start to finish • Attend showings, inspections, and listing appointments • Help prepare CMAs, market research, and listing presentations • Be a point of contact for active clients and vendors • Coordinate with Listing Coordinator and Transaction Coordinator • Manage showing logistics and property readiness • Support closings, client experience, and follow-through This is a hands-on, in-the-field role. You’re in it, not watching from the sidelines.
