This role is ideal for licensed agents who want to focus on appointments, client relationships, and closing deals — not cold calling or chasing unqualified leads. Whether you’re a newly licensed agent or an experienced professional looking for better systems and support, we provide the structure, coaching, and resources to help you build a predictable, scalable real estate business. Responsibilities: • Guide clients through the home buying and selling process from consultation to close • Follow up consistently using our CRM and proven follow-up systems • Build strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication • Host team open houses and convert attendees into active clients ( you keep the leads ) • Manage time, pipeline, and tasks efficiently using CRM tools Qualifications: • Active Real Estate License (required) • Full-time availability and commitment to growing a real estate career • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools • Organized, self-motivated, and coachable • Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
