Responsibilities: • Meet with buyers and sellers to understand goals and guide them from consultation to closing • Manage transactions from lead to close with professionalism and care • Follow up consistently using proven CRM systems and follow-up processes • Prospect to generate additional business and build a long-term pipeline • Deliver a 5-star client experience that drives repeat and referral business • Host team open houses monthly to attract buyers and expand your network • Manage schedule, workflow, and time blocking for maximum productivity Qualifications: • Active Real Estate License (required) • Full-time availability and commitment to real estate sales • Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and digital tools • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Driven, self-motivated, and committed to professional growth • Organized with excellent time management skills • Strong negotiation, networking, and problem-solving abilities Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
