Why Join Our Team? • Proven systems and processes to help you win more business • Ongoing training, coaching, and accountability • Supportive team environment focused on growth and results • Opportunity to scale your real estate career, not just survive Responsibilities: • Meet with pre-qualified buyers and sellers across Charlotte and nearby markets • Guide clients through the home buying and selling process from consultation to close • Follow up consistently with leads using our CRM and proven follow-up systems • Host open houses and convert attendees into active clients ( leads provided ) • Attend weekly sales meetings, coaching, and ongoing training • Provide an exceptional client experience that generates repeat and referral business • Maintain accurate records and manage transactions efficiently Qualifications: What We’re Looking For:Active North Carolina and/or South Carolina Real Estate License (required) • Full-time availability and commitment to real estate sales • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Highly motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented • Organized with excellent time management and follow-up skills Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
