Responsibilities: • Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand client goals and present solutions. • Manage active clients through property showings, offers, negotiations, and closings. • Follow up consistently with leads and referrals provided by the team. • Leverage our proven systems, CRM, and marketing tools to grow production. • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support collective success. • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions within team systems. • Participate in ongoing training, accountability, and coaching to achieve monthly closing goals. Qualifications: • Active real estate license in the state of Minnesota (required). • Proven experience working with buyers and sellers in residential transactions. • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. • Highly motivated with the ability to follow team systems and models. • Comfortable using CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and transaction management software. • Collaborative mindset with a desire to contribute to a high-performing team culture. • Commitment to ongoing learning, accountability, and achieving production goals.
