Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Continuously grow in knowledge, skill, and professionalism to expertly advise clients through every stage of the transaction • Provide a high-level client experience that reflects care, responsiveness, and excellence • Generate momentum through appointments, consultations, showings, and open houses • Take ownership of building and maintaining a healthy, active pipeline • Show up as a strong contributor to our team culture, collaboration, and standards • Use strong communication and relationship-building skills to connect with clients and convert opportunities • Bring enthusiasm, coachability, discipline, and a strong work ethic to the role every day • Follow proven systems and remain consistent with team expectations, accountability, and performance standards • Full-time, Hybrid employment (home and office) Qualifications: Required • Active real estate license (or actively in the licensing process) • Coachable mindset with a willingness to follow a plan, take feedback, and execute quickly • Strong communication and follow-up habits; comfortable on the phone • High personal integrity and professionalism with clients and teammates • Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple active clients • Comfortable using a CRM and basic real estate technology • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed Preferred • 6–24 months of active sales experience or clear proof of hustle and consistency • Familiarity with scripts (buyer consults, listing consults, objections) • Local market knowledge of Hampton Roads and strong relationship-building skills • Demonstrated ability to hit activity targets (calls, conversations, appointments) Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000+ at plan commission
