Responsibilities: • Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions with professionalism and market expertise • Prepare and present listing presentations, CMAs, and negotiation strategies to clients • Manage property showings, open houses, and client appointments with exceptional service • Maintain regular communication with clients, lenders, inspectors, and cooperating agents throughout each transaction • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and the client database effectively • Stay informed on local market trends, inventory, and industry best practices Qualifications: • An active Colorado Real Estate License is required for this job • Valid Driver's License Compensation: $90,000+ yearly based on performance
