Responsibilities: • Act as a trusted liaison between buyers and sellers or listing agents to ensure smooth, successful transactions • Educate buyers on local market conditions, pricing trends, and opportunities so they can make confident decisions • Prepare and review representation agreements, purchase contracts, and related transaction documents through closing • Proactively connect with pre-qualified buyer leads to understand their goals, preferences, and timelines • Schedule and conduct property showings, host open houses, and guide buyers through each home with clarity and care Qualifications: • Active real estate license with at least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or in a similar real estate role • Strong knowledge of the local market, neighborhoods, and current real estate trends • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred • Valid U.S. driver’s license with reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally for showings and appointments • Proven track record of successful real estate sales and satisfied clients Compensation: $80,000+
