Responsibilities: • Abide by the Realtors’ Code of Ethics • Close 18 + transactions in the year (12 months) • Be responsive and flexible to the client's needs and their schedule • Be able to meet clients for home tours within 60 minutes if requested, as necessary • Follow up and nurture clients • Work with the Support Team (Team Lead, ISA, TC, etc.) • Conduct market analyses • Negotiate offers and contingencies • Attend property inspections • Attend closings • Attend final walkthroughs • Attend 1:1 coaching, sales, and training meetings Qualifications: • License required • Only local candidates will be considered for this position! • Full-time agent • Flexible schedule; be willing to work weekends • Must work well under pressure and with critical time frames • Demonstrate good judgment and reasoning in handling daily activities • Ability to set priorities • Team oriented • Willingness to be coached and be held accountable • Excellent communication skills Compensation: $100,000 at-plan commission
